The resort inaugurated in the year 2007 has 12 apartments of 1 room (capacity 2/4) and 16 apartments of 2 rooms (capacity 4 persons); the apartments of the attic have tub of hydro massage. All the units have TV of plasma (1 in the dining room and other one in the room), sofa double bed in the dining room, totally equipped kitchen, complete bathroom (in 4/6 with complete bath and one toilet). It completes its facilities with reception, Internet, SPA with sauna, Turkish bath and two Jacuzzis, gym, garage, bar - cafeteria, shop and restaurant near the resort. The various other amenities provided are bar, concierge, currency exchange, lift/elevator, reception, restaurant, safe deposit box, solarium, outdoor swimming pool, table tennis and tennis court.
